I am a multidisciplinary designer based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2010. Since then, I have worked as an in-house designer at a creative agency and for various organizations, as a freelance designer for a broad range of clients, and taught post-secondary design courses. My collaborations with talented and inspiring people across the country have resulted in unique design experiences that positively affect communities, cultures, and values.
I enjoy turning concepts into solid working designs. I stay pixel-perfect and detail-oriented through each aspect of the design process because I believe attention to fine detail is the true foundation of great work. I approach every project as an important milestone and a significant learning opportunity for my practice, pushing myself harder to bring out the highest possible quality while introducing new dimensions into the creative field. As a reflection of my background in communication design as well as my current role as a UX lead at CHIMP (Charitable Impact), my priority for any project is not only to create visual appeal, but to always design a piece that works and resonates with many people.
